STARTERS
Chargrilled Falkland Island calamari with our famous Nahm Jim
dressing;
Pear, gorgonzola and candied pecan nuts, mixed greens and a lemon vinaigrette;
Carpaccio of oak smoked springbok, avocado and cream cheese mousse,
artichokes and
preserved figs, warm ginger syrup.
MAINS
Crispy skinned free range chicken, tarragon and wild mushroom
stuffing, white wine
risotto and cherry tomatoes;
Chargrilled 28 day aged sirloin of beef, roasted seasonal vegetables fat
boy chips &
a brandied green peppercorn sauce;
Linefish, poached with garam masala spices, coconut milk and
thai basil, served with jasmine rice;
A risotto of wild mushrooms, rocket and pine nuts, tomato ginger chutney
and parmesan shavings.
DESSERT
Vanilla bean crème brulee with homemade biscotti;
Liquid centred Belgian chocolate pudding;
Affogato: Three scoops of vanilla ice cream with a shot of Amarula.
Please note:
This price does not
include the service charge, and please note that a service charge of 12%
will be added to tables of 10 or more. For smaller tables, please tip
accordingly.
In order to secure the date you would like, a deposit of R 50 per person
is required upon booking. The deposit is non refundable if the function is
cancelled within 7 days of the booked date.
If the function is to held at lunch, please note that the restaurant has
to be vacated by 4:30 pm in order for us to get set up for dinner service.
We have a broad range of wines, beers and spirits and do not allow any BYO
for Christmas functions.
